Three steps, start to finish: collect the data, watch the trend, hand in the report.

Everything the IEP cycle asks of you

Fast data collection

Log opportunities, independent responses, prompt levels and notes in seconds. Percentages calculate themselves.

Progress reports that write themselves

Quarterly reports with trend lines, attendance and service-minute charts, exportable as PDF or PNG.

Never miss a deadline

Annual reviews, reevaluations and progress-report windows surfaced before they become a compliance problem.

Progress monitoring cadence

Set how often each goal needs data, then work a single list of what is due or overdue today.

Shared caseloads

Co-teachers, SLPs, OTs and case managers work the same caseload with their own sign-in.

AI drafting, teacher-owned

Draft SMART goals, PLAAFP statements, quarterly narratives and session notes built from your real trial and prompt data — then edit every word.

Log data by voice

Say what happened in the session. Bright Path picks out the student, goal, score and prompts for you to review before anything is saved.

A digital IEP binder

Each student has tabs for goals, service minutes, behavior, attendance, family & meetings, and IEP details. Every goal has room for its criteria, criteria period, method, schedule and who is responsible.

Printable sheets & Spanish updates

Print weekly data sheets with each student's goals and trial grids, and turn family progress updates into a Spanish PDF you review before sharing.

Built around how a caseload really runs

Bright Path was shaped by the parts of the job that eat the most time: chasing stale goal data, reconstructing service minutes at the end of a quarter, and rewriting the same parent letter for the twelfth time.

  • · Case managers tracking annual and triennial timelines
  • · SLPs, OTs and PTs logging minutes against required service time
  • · Resource teachers running small-group sessions for several students at once
  • · Teams sharing one caseload across co-teachers and paraprofessionals

A typical Tuesday

  1. Morning. Open Today and mark attendance for the caseload in one pass.
  2. Between blocks. Tap a goal, enter opportunities and independent responses, done.
  3. Group time. Log one session across every student in the group.
  4. Planning period. Generate the quarter's progress reports with charts already attached.

Student data, handled carefully

Every caseload sits behind sign-in, and records are visible only to the people you add to that caseload. You can export your data at any time and delete it permanently. Bright Path is a tool, not a compliance ruling: complete your school or district's privacy, FERPA and security review before entering real student-identifying information.

Read the data & privacy details

From the educators using it

Bright Path is new, and we would rather show you real words than invented ones. We are collecting quotes and pilot results from the first teachers and service providers using it — if you would like your classroom or team featured here, email us and tell us how it is going.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need a credit card to start the 14-day trial?

No. Create an account and you get 14 days of full access with no payment details required.

What happens when the trial ends?

Nothing is deleted. Editing pauses until you subscribe, and you can still sign in to export every student, goal and data session from Settings.

How much does Bright Path cost after the trial?

$9 per month or $79 per year for one educator, including unlimited students, goals, progress reports and AI drafting.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel from Settings in a couple of clicks — no cancellation fee, and access continues to the end of the period you paid for.

Can my co-teachers use the same caseload?

Yes. A paid account can share one caseload with up to five members, each with their own sign-in and permissions.

Is student data kept private?

Records are visible only to the people you add to that caseload, and you can export or permanently delete everything at any time. Complete your district's privacy review before entering identifying information.

Can I log data by speaking instead of typing?

Yes. Tap the microphone, describe the session, and Bright Path organizes the student, goal, score, prompts and note for you to review. Nothing saves until you confirm, and typing is always available.

Can the AI write session notes from my actual data?

Yes. Draft note from data uses the trials, prompt levels, responses, methods and recent graph history you recorded. It is told never to invent numbers, and you edit the note before saving.

What kinds of data can I track?

Trial-based goals (the session log shows the # of # count beside the percentage), percentages, frequency counts and duration. Each trial can record more than one prompt, response and method.

Can I print paper sheets for paraprofessionals?

Yes. Printable weekly data sheets come prefilled with each student's goals, objectives and trial grids for offline collection.

Does Bright Path replace my district's IEP system?

No. It is your daily tracking workspace — collect data, track service minutes and deadlines, then export reports to attach to your district's official records.
