Add the service
- 1Open the student's profile and find the Services card.
- 2Add each IEP service with its minutes and frequency (per week or per month).
- 3Choose whether it is tracked continuously or by reporting period.
Log delivery
Each session you log against a service counts toward delivered minutes. The card shows delivered vs. required for the current window, so shortfalls surface while there is still time to make them up.
Where it rolls up
Service compliance appears on the Caseload dashboard and in the District report, and can be exported as CSV for compliance meetings.
