Invite a member
- 1Open the caseload menu in the top right.
- 2Choose to invite a member and enter their email.
- 3Pick their role.
What each role can do
Owner — full access, including membership, renaming, and deleting the caseload.
Editor — can add and change students, goals, and data.
Viewer — read-only. They see a banner explaining that writing is disabled.
Member limit
Each paid caseload supports up to five members. Remove a member to free a seat; their access ends immediately.
