Export a backup

Settings includes a full export of your caseload — students, goals, sessions, services, attendance, communications, and meeting notes. Do this at the end of every school year, and before deleting anything.

Delete a caseload or your account

Caseload owners can permanently purge a caseload from Settings. Account deletion removes your profile and the caseloads you own. Both are irreversible — export first.

Trash

Individually deleted students and goals go to Trash first and can be restored from there until they are purged.
